Alright for a night or 2 but no longer!
The location was fantastic! Staff were friendly and polite Great value for money Quiet at night
Door was open when got there, managed to get it locked but then couldn't unlock it so didn't feel safe to use - luckily I went with family who were in another room so ended up staying in there instead! It needed a really good clean!! The kettle was unusable Tv didn't work Limited plug sockets

Close to Hyde park and the staff were really nice , I think sometimes because of the state of the place tbh
Hate to say it but what a rubbish hotel, dirty, the sink blocked rooms old and messy, wires all over the place, really poor decor from the 80,s 70s, just a sad place NO BREAKFAST ????????????????‍️????‍️????‍️

The hotel staff are fantastic but the only redeeming quality about the hotel itself is the location.
The ladies on reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal and was perfect for our needs. The linen used on the bed also seemed very clean.
The property and decor is very dated, there are very few facilities, the bed was uncomfortable but most disappointing was the lack of cleanliness. Our basement room had multiple cobwebs on the ceiling and the radiator under the window had months, if not years, worth of dust and cobwebs within it.
